Return Policy

Blind boxes and collectibles cannot be returned for a change of mind or character preference, whether opened or unopened.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered or we described, contact us within 15 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos.

Please contact us before returning anything. For confirmed issues, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.
